Prima Cala, again

I love the Prima Cala beach in the winter. It's a pretty little inlet and without all the crowds you can appreciate the size of the sea and the sky.

Lovely scene indeed. Talking about size of the sea ... amazing when you consider it is inter-connected with all other oceans on this planet. That is big!

i love the look of these beaches in the winter - they look so wild and empty

(you get bronchopneumonia all the time? i had it once, and dont want it again!)

Funny, I don't remember the beach ever being this stormy. But then, we didn't go to the beach in the winter months.

How cold does it get where you are?

That is a great beach shot, ours rarely look so dramatic.

Amatamari - I agree!

Chuck - I have often reflected on that concept, especially since my grandfather's ashes were spread in the Pacific Ocean.

Lakeviewer - the sea only kicks up waves when there's a strong wind blowing. We don't often get much colder that 3° celcius here, but we did have snow this year!

Thanks to everyone for your kind comments!
