A Little Bit of Christmas

I took a walk around Molfetta Vecchia (the historical center of town) yesterday evening and was surprised by the minimal quantity of Christmas decorations. But then, maybe just a little is better than way too much.

This house is located on the edge of the old town, just at the beginning of the Lungomare Marcantonio Colonna, the street that runs along the seafront.

i would have to agree - just a little is way too much sometimes...

(when a greek say god forgive him/her, it means that the person they are talking about is deceased, so hopefully, god took care of them...)

many residents of my town are way, way over the top when it comes to christmas decorations. I side with you and feel a less is more....

I much prefer this understatement as opposed to the over the top extravaganzas we too often see here in the US. Simplicity is quite nice :)

Hi, Saretta!
This year every outdoors Christmas decorations around here are very humble and have been made with money from sponsors; some coherence on current days at last!
I just love that white balcony, it's fantastic!
