Snow is a pretty rare event here in Molfetta. Which is just as well, when you think about it, because the city is not really capable of dealing with it. There aren't any snowplows or machines to salt the roads. If the snow sticks on the ground, it's pretty much a disaster!

"In the old days"... We had snow and ice, but now it's pretty rare. We've had a week of ice in the beginning of January and one snowy day but it was wet snow.. But snow in your country and also in Greece: that's almost a miracle!
Thanks for your comment on my blog. Yes making mistakes is normal, but if it's spoken it's easy to correct, which I appreciate very much, for I am an English teacher and want to speak and write as fluently and without mistakes as possible. If it's written it's often not corrected.
In Australia I saw once a sign: "Womens and mens clothes". And "haredresser". And more of those wrongly spelled signs.
If Earth is in a cooling phase - as seems likely - these events will become as common as in the Sixties.
It Britain and here in Ireland it causes panic whatever, whenever.
How much better for all of us if warming was a fact.

Snow shots on your blog are a quite a surprise! :-)
Seems like everyone is having a strange winter. Ours, on the other hand, could not be any nicer. Strange days, indeed!

It was just a sprinkling here at my house on the coast, but inland quite a bit piled up!
Wow, that's incredible!
So did the kids get a day off? :-)
I always love snow days because it means no classes.
