Molfetta Postcard

A classic shot of the Molfettan skyline with small fishing boats and pleasure craft in the foreground. I believe this is the view of our city that all emigrants hold dear to their heart when far away.

It is totally understandable that emigrants hold this view close to their heart, Saretta. It is totally gorgeous. I suspect I would revel in the sound and the smell as well as the sight.

Nicely taken shot ...

Lovely, Saretta. Very much like a postcard.

I'd imagine travel magazines and tourists would like this view as well. Working boats, inviting water and mysterious old town in the distance. Nicely composed.

That is definitely the defining view for all Molfettesi immigrants... maybe minus the pleasure crafts ;-)

Beautiful view, very nice image. When I was younger my first work was as shipchandler in the port of Livorno. I remember quite well that almost all crew aboard Italian Agip oil tankers were from Molfetta.
