Sunrise over the Adriatic

This is the view from our first-floor porch. That little square structure built on what looks like a finger of land sticking out into the sea in the bottom right-hand corner of the photo is the Torre Gavetone, which I have shown you before here.

You live really close to a beautiful coast, quite handy for this kind of great sunrise photo!

Wonderful sky shot. I am always interested in the jet streams in European skies, which we don't see too often down here.

Thanks for sharing this. You do have one heck of a view! And easy access to the beach?

Molfetta is located on the Adriatic Sea, so the sea is an integral part of its daily life, culture and economy. There are no sand beaches here, there are lots of rocks which are more or less comfortable for walking/sitting on. But, yes, I am lucky to live so close to the sea. Once my children and I are on summer holiday we spend every morning at the sea!
