This year's theme is "Pulsioni Sotterranee," which means "underground drives" or "desires." A "pulsione" is that which pushes you to do something.
Today's photos show some of the artists in action. I have to go back today to photograph the completed works.
The artists featured here are (from top to bottom): Pino, Pokè, Miste and Gigi. Some of them were willing to be identified by the name they sign their work with and others preferred to use their actual name. There are legal issues for them to consider, since their creative efforts are considered vandalism in certain cases.

I think it is good to have areas where graffiti is allowed both to create an attraction, and hopefully to reduce the graffiti in other areas.
I wonder what happens to the graffiti in your photo after the festival is over. Does it stay up until the following year?
I like them when they're not painting the walls of my building...
Curious to see the completed works.
I'd like to see the finished product too! It's impossible to tell if it's going to be nice yet.
This year, the artists are painting on large panels that will be installed in a city government office on permanent display.
Fab photos! Can we see more displays please?
It must be a relief for them to actually be legit this time. Like the others, I'm looking forward to seeing the completed works.
Love the top photo. I'd hang that in my house......I think! HA
