Courtyard 2


This is another courtyard/entryway in Molfetta Vecchia. It is less ornate than the last one I showed you, but still has its charm and dates back to the 16th century.

Isn't it interesting how things are so still in place after so many years while here in the States anything over 30 yrs gets a makeover.

i live in an old venetian town, but i can't say the buildings are in such a good condition

This is an ebchanting courtyard, so old and so well kept and without all the clutter you find sometimes in place like this.

It sure doesn't look like it's 500 years old! Amazing and so beautiful. I love the different pale stones and the lovely, contrasting plants.

I find this extremely attractive! Can you imagine what all has transpired in this space over the past 500-600 plus years?
