Trani Old Town

These are a few photos I took while walking through Trani's Historical Center. The photo above is a detail inside a courtyard.

This wall encloses another courtyard.

Love this gentleman exiting the Demarinis Salumeria (delicatessen) and the shiny red bike, but darn that car for getting in the way!

This is a capentry shop filled with dust and worktables.

Damn car ruined the deli shot, but the falegname last one is a gem.
Now tell us more of the scary vampire Trani theories...

Lovely series, Saretta-

A lovely panoramic view of Trani. I like the old fashioned sign of the Salumeria and the vintage windows of the capentry shop.

Thank you for taking us on this nice little stroll. What a pleasure to look at facades and buildings that we don't see in this country.

I don't think that car ruined the deli shot...it gives it more character; in fact, it's rather scary like it might run over the bike and the man!

These are the kind of photos that one needs to study closely as there is so much of interest!

What a beautiful place. I love the photos. You are funny about the car. Isn't it always the way, tho!

These old buildings have so much more character than modern buildings of the "Stacked Ice Cube Tray School of Architecture".
