Brotherly Love

Our cat population has thinned out quite a bit just recently. Panzone and Raja are all we have left now that their father, Tigro, and mother, Blackie, have disappeared. There were 3 more kittens in the litter, but we found homes for them last summer.

These two are very affectionate and usually sleep curled up together like this. They also curl up together with our little dog, Piedina. I wish my two human sons would be so affectionate with each other!

Hah! The saying "if wishes were horses then beggars would ride" springs to mind when you refer to your son's behavior. Nice glimpse of content feline life.

Awww, your last comment reinforces why cats are far preferable to humans :)

This is such a heart-warming photo! Animals, including the human animal seem to often choose animosity and spite rather than friendship and charity!

Awwww...that is just darling.
We've got 2 gray, fluffy ones - also 2 brothers that our son got from the Mammoth Lakes shelter in Aug 2008. They fight & cuddle - just like brothers.
