Some may simply not want to be photographed for personal reasons and others may have legal reasons for not wanting to be photographed.<br /><br />I was taking a picture of a building with benches in front of it one day and a gentleman saw me preparing to take the picture simply pulled his hat down over his eyes and put his head on his chest.
